MEET NIC

My journey into the real estate world started in 2008 when I bought my first home. Since that time my wife and I have been fortunate enough to purchase and fix-up multiple rental properties, as well as our own personal residence. Through our experiences buying and renovating houses, I developed a passion for real estate and everything real estate related.

I now devote my career to helping others buy and sell houses, from first time home buyers to empty nesters and investors, and everything in between. While my passion is for real estate, I absolutely love working with and helping people through what is often one of the biggest sales of their life. I pride myself on educating my clients, anticipating their questions and needs, helping them make difficult decisions, and guiding them every step of the way. My Engineering background has proven valuable when it comes to managing a transaction, communicating with all parties involved, utilizing my resources, and coordinating and understanding inspections and appraisals.

I live in the River Park community of Sacramento with my wife and young sons. We pride ourselves on living active, healthy lives, and strive to be valuable members of the community. Thank you again for taking the time to read this.

I am available to assist in more than just your typical buy or sale transaction. Whether you are looking to upgrade, downsize, invest, build, or beyond, I can be your partner in the process.

What My Clients Have to Say..

Nic is a fabulous agent who is a pleasure to work with. We've used Nic's help to sell a townhouse, as well as to purchase our next home. Nic does his homework on properties, had great advice, and is truly helpful. Best agent we've ever worked with!

I just completed selling my duplex rental with Nic's expert assistance. It went off without a hitch. Nic is an excellent communicator with high integrity who really listens to people's concerns.  He was skillful in talking to my tenants and provided practical information that facilitated the sale.  I cannot say enough about his tact, market knowledge and efficiency.  Communications with Nic during the process of the sale were thorough and timely.

Nic Williams took the time to view the home, listen to our concerns, and provided helpful advise.  In addition, he was always available to answer questions throughout the process and kept me posted on any developments.  Our family was very impressed with his marketing skills and his analysis of the market.  I would highly recommend using Nic Williams to represent you.

Our home buying experience from start to finish with Nic was seamless and enjoyable.  Nic was there for us every step of the way and took the lead from day one.  If you’re looking for a turnkey home buying process, Nic is the one to call.  After our home closed, Nic was still helping us secure contractors and recommendations for our remodel through his local relationships and contacts.  We can’t thank Nic enough for making our first Sacramento home purchase an easy and stress free venture!

I live in Idaho and had a rental in Yuba City (I used to live there).  I decided to put it on the market hoping for a fast sale.  Nic was able to sell it quickly and easily and I got over the asking price to boot.  I was able to sign most all the documents online and did not have to make a trip to California which was a plus.  Nic was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative keeping me updated and informed throughout the whole process.  His professionalism and dedication is above and beyond.  I couldn't ask for a better experience.   I highly recommend Nic Williams for any real estate transaction you need.

Nic was great. Was there every step of the way. He thought of everything which made me and my wife rest easy that we weren't missing something, or making a mistake that would have made the process harder. Friendly and professional. Super responsive as well. You can't go wrong with Nic.
